With that in mind, we are pleased to announce our latest "new hire", SARA. SARA, our Service And Resource Assistant, is a new web-based customer support system and soon to be your favorite contact at Computer Network Services.

SARA is designed to be convenient, easy to use and highly informative. SARA allows you to centrally and directly submit and track technical problems and issues. And, being web-based, our clients can access it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

With the new system, you can:
  • submit a request by email or phone
  • receive automatic acknowledgement of receipt of your issue
  • refer to an issue number for tracking
  • be sure your issue is being automatically routed to the most skilled available tech
  • obtain status email updates regarding your request
  • receive email confirmation of resolution of the issue
  • sign off on each completed request
  • reopen any request that is not resolved to your satisfaction

In order to streamline and enhance the quality of service to our customers, we have created a dedicated support email address. When you send an email to us using this email address, an issue number is automatically created. You will receive a return email acknowledgement giving you the issue number.
